Niki joined the Emali Lane team as a receptionist in 2014. Her degree work in Sociology and Business Administration, coupled with 17 years customer service experience, allows her to provide clients with exceptional service and efficiency. In addition to her educational background, she has extensive training in sales, technical customer support, and social media marketing.

Niki also runs the online side of Emali Lane including the Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts.

On her days off, she likes to spend time with family and friends or working on her paper crafting blog. Niki loves keeping up with the latest in technology and is always on the lookout for new apps and tools to help serve our clients better.
